Roof measurement questions

Is this an official survey?

No. It is a measured plan for planning, quotes and material lists. A legally binding survey needs a licensed surveyor.

Can you measure a roof covered in snow?

Snow hides edges and joints, so we wait for a clear roof. Light rain only moves the date.

Do I need to be at home?

No, as long as I can reach a safe take-off spot near the building.

Which files do I get?

A PDF roof plan and JPG photos. [Add other formats your software can export.]
