Will the neighbours’ houses be in the photos?

They can appear in the background, but they are never the subject. I avoid identifiable people and private gardens, and blur them where needed.

Who may use the photos?

You get the right to use them to market the property. [Write down your licence terms.]

What if the weather is bad?

We move the date at no extra cost. Wind and rain are checked the day before.

Do you also film inside the house?

Not at the moment. I focus on aerial work outside.
