How close does the drone fly to the wall?

Usually [5–10] metres, depending on the building, wind and what is around it.

Do residents need to know?

Yes. For apartment buildings I ask you or the property manager to inform residents a few days before the flight.

Can you capture all four sides?

If there is safe space around the building. Tight courtyards may need a slower, closer flight or a separate permit.

Do you offer thermal imaging?

Not at the moment. The facade capture is visual: photos and elevations.
