How it works

From one email to finished files

Five steps, clear dates and a fixed price before anything happens. You only need to send one email.

    You send a request

    Use the form or write an email: the address, what you need and a preferred date.

  2. ≤ 1 business day

    I check the site and send a fixed price

    Airspace, geographical zones, access and the safest take-off spot. Then you get a fixed price and two possible dates.

  3. Before the flight

    Permits and planning

    If the address needs a permit, I apply for it. I plan the route and tell you if anything needs preparing.

  4. Flight day

    Flight on site

    Usually under an hour. The weather is checked the day before; if it is not safe, we move the date at no cost.

    Files by download link

    Edited photos, roof plans or elevations, with a short note on what was captured. The invoice comes with the files.

What I need from you

  • The address and access to the plot or the street in front of it
  • What the results are for: a listing, a quote, a renovation
  • A contact on site, if someone has to open a gate
  • For apartment buildings: residents informed a few days before

What affects the price

  • Size of the property, the roof or the number of facade sides
  • Permits needed for the location
  • Travel distance to the site — I work anywhere in Germany
  • Express delivery, if you need the files sooner
Before every flight

Safety, weather and privacy

Three things I check for every job, so there are no surprises on the day.

Weather

Wind, rain and light are checked the day before. If it is not safe or the light is poor, we move the date at no cost.

Airspace and permits

Every address is checked against geographical zones and local rules. If a permit is needed, I apply for it before the flight.

Privacy

Neighbours’ gardens and people are never the subject. Where they appear by chance, they are blurred before delivery.
