2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by [hosting provider, address]. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system.

I use this data only to run the site securely and to detect errors and attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in a secure, working website. Log files are deleted after [7] days. I have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Cookies and local storage

This site uses only technically necessary storage, for example to remember your language and that you have closed the cookie notice. Nothing is used for tracking or advertising, and no third-party cookies are set.

Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Because this storage is strictly necessary, no consent is required. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Contact form and email

When you send a request through the contact form or by email, I process the data you give me: your name, email address, the address of the property, when it suits you and your message.

I use this data only to answer your request and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps before a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering enquiries). I delete the data when it is no longer needed, unless a contract follows and statutory retention periods apply (up to 10 years under German commercial and tax law).

To keep the form free of spam, I use no captcha and no outside service. While you fill in the form, your browser solves a small computing task, and the server checks it. To limit the number of requests, the server keeps a pseudonymised value derived from your IP address and the current date for up to 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored. A log of accepted and rejected requests with this value, but without your name, email address or message, is kept for 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (protecting the website against misuse).

5. People and property in aerial photos

I plan every flight so that uninvolved people, neighbouring gardens and number plates are not the subject of a photo. If they appear by chance, I blur them before delivery or remove the image. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the client, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for incidental recordings.

6. Fonts

The fonts on this website are stored on this server. When a page loads, no connection is made to Google or other font providers.

7. Encryption

This site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR);
• have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR);
• restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR);
